Event Sales Position

This three-month contract position owns all event space and classroom space client interaction, from time of booking to end of event follow-up. This position will include: be the main contact for all external event leads, as well as with Impact Hub’s preferred catering and alcohol vendors; will be responsible for all incoming leads, which will include but is not limited to: communicating an initial price quote, the initial walk-through, all communication and coordination leading up to the event, executing and staffing the event, and will also be responsible for all billing and invoicing for events; supervise 2-3 PT sound/AV engineers that Impact Hub contracts for events.

This person needs to help us maintain our current booking procedures while we produce a conference and work through an overall systems overhaul.
