Impact Hub Seattle opened its doors in 2012, providing a premier coworking space, curated learning events and facilitated/hosted connections for our 700+ members. Our members come from all sectors and various disciplines, but with a shared vision to create impact and drive positive social and environmental outcomes.

We are part of a global network of more than 80 Impact Hubs with over 15,000 members worldwide. Impact Hub Seattle opened its doors in 2012, and now manages nearly 50,000 square feet of coworking space, private offices and event space in the heart of downtown Seattle - Seattle’s first neighborhood, Pioneer Square. With more than 700 members in Seattle, we provide a platform for connection, collaboration and community that is dedicated to values driven enterprises and social innovation. In short, our community is made of people who are actively creating positive social change through their business ventures. Impact Hub Seattle was the first coworking space in Seattle to become a certified B Corporation.

In our last four years of operations, we have supported thousands of entrepreneurs, innovators and small businesses, held over 1500 meetings and events and brewed nearly two tons of coffee for our community.

Now in our 4th year of operation, we are actively seeking a highly motivated, detail oriented full-time Event Manager to help us manage and grow our events line of business. We offer a variety of meeting and event spaces that can suit a variety of client needs and a successful candidate will assist us with hosting an inspiring and creative range of events that are highly relevant to the activities of our community.

The Event Manager’s primary responsibility is to act as a bridge between the event sales + finance team and to facilitate the needs of our clients through their logistical preparations and delivery process of the events. The EM will work directly with and report to the Business Development + Communications Manager and will work closely with the finance and community hosting teams when appropriate.

We will rely on you to provide hands-on solutions to everyday tasks and challenges. You will need to be an energetic and passionate individual who isn’t afraid of a challenge and who connects with the mission and strategic vision of Impact Hub Seattle and the broader global network.


This is a Full-Time salaried position. Some evening/weekend work may be required. Base salary plus commission is $40,000 - $45,000+ (depending on experience and performance).
