Impact Hub Seattle opened its doors in 2012, providing a premier coworking space, curated learning events and facilitated/hosted connections for our 700+ members. Our members come from all sectors and various disciplines, but with a shared vision to create impact and drive positive social and environmental outcomes.

We are part of a global network of more than 80 Impact Hubs with over 15,000 members worldwide. Impact Hub Seattle opened its doors in 2012, and now manages nearly 50,000 square feet of coworking space, private offices and event space in the heart of downtown Seattle - Seattle’s first neighborhood, Pioneer Square. With more than 700 members in Seattle, we provide a platform for connection, collaboration and community that is dedicated to values driven enterprises and social innovation. In short, our community is made of people who are actively creating positive social change through their business ventures. Impact Hub Seattle was the first coworking space in Seattle to become a certified B Corporation.

In our last four years of operations, we have supported thousands of entrepreneurs, innovators and small businesses, held over 1500 meetings and events and brewed nearly two tons of coffee for our community.

OVERVIEW: Member Experience Manager

As the Member Experience Manager, you play a key role in setting the tone for our community and space. That means welcoming, warm, and productive and mission-driven. You are the point-person, ear for, advocate for, champion of, connector of, and much more to and for our membership community. Anything that a member touches or engages with is of concern to you. While working closely with the rest of our team, you represent the interests of our members. You are responsible for hearing and addressing their needs; helping them solve problems; putting them at ease; and facilitating communication.  You engage them through organizing community programming and events, and you connect them to each other, our team, the broader community, and whatever resources you can find to support them. You ensure the physical space is as welcoming as the people staffing it. You oversee the recruitment, hiring, training, and staffing of a host team to assist you and the membership. You coordinate with our events and building management leads to ensure the most impeccable experience for our members and community.

DETAILS + COMPENSATION:

This is a Full-Time position. Annual salary opportunity $35,000 - 42,000 DOE.
